CDL-A Truck Driver
Weekly Pay: $1,500 to $1,800
Home Time: Every other weekend with a full 48-hour reset
Freight: No-touch dry van with frequent drop-and-hook loads
Domicile: Charlotte, NC 28202
Freight Network: Established regional lanes with consistent demand
This role is designed for CDL-A truck drivers who want steady earnings, predictable home time, and a freight network that supports consistent miles without extended downtime between loads.
Driver Operations
Dispatch planning is structured to keep CDL-A truck drivers moving with minimal gaps between assignments. Loads are coordinated in advance, allowing drivers to operate within a consistent workflow while maintaining reliable weekly mileage.
This system helps CDL A drivers stay productive throughout each run while operating within a network designed to support steady earnings.
Equipment
Drivers are assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth tractors that are maintained on routine service schedules. Equipment is set up to support both regional and longer-haul runs while minimizing downtime caused by maintenance.
Reliable equipment allows a Class A CDL driver to stay focused on driving and maintaining consistent performance throughout each trip.
Freight Overview
Freight moves through a network of distribution centers and customer locations, allowing CDL A drivers to maintain consistent miles across each run. Most loads are no-touch, which reduces delays and supports efficient delivery schedules.
Routes operate primarily east of I-35, with occasional longer runs based on freight demand. This provides a balance of predictable routing and steady workload.
