This fleet supports experienced CDL-A truck drivers who want consistent miles, predictable dispatch planning, and scheduled time off. Drivers operate within a structured freight network connecting distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and customer warehouses throughout established regional corridors.
Freight assignments are primarily contract freight with a strong percentage of drop-and-hook loads. This allows professional drivers to remain focused on safe operation and trip planning while shipping facilities manage loading and unloading responsibilities.
Freight Operations
Drivers typically operate freight lanes east of I-35 with routes designed to maintain steady movement between customer facilities. Dispatch teams coordinate loads through planned scheduling to help professional CDL-A truck drivers maintain consistent weekly mileage.
Most freight remains within regional lanes, though occasional longer runs across the lower 48 states may occur depending on freight demand and routing requirements.
Assigned Equipment
Drivers are assigned late-model tractors, typically 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth trucks. Equipment is maintained through scheduled preventive maintenance programs and configured to support both regional and long-haul freight assignments.
