We proudly employ an elite team of professional truck drivers who operate regionally on a full-time basis as regulated by the DOT primarily in the Western 11 states based on dispatch needs.

Job Description

- All-Miles CPM + FSC: $1.30/mi loaded, $0.95/mi empty + 100% FSC (DOE-based).
Extras that protect your revenue
- Deadhead protection: "all dispatched miles CPM" .
- Detention $35/hr after 2 hrs; Layover $200/day; Extra stop $50/stop; Lumper/tolls pass-through.
- Bring-Your-Own Backhaul: earn +3-5% more split on approved self-sourced returns.
We provide
- Primary auto liability & cargo while under dispatch, IFTA filing, bi-weekly settlements, optional fuel card, optional plates/permits via payroll deduction, ELD program.
You provide
- Safe, well-maintained tractor (2016+), Bobtail/NTL & Physical Damage, fuel, and the drive to run a profitable business.
Qualifications
- CDL-A, 12 months recent OTR; clean MVR; pass DOT/PSP.
- 1099 independent contractor (not an employee).
- Not currently onboarding California-based contractors without AB5 clearance.
