Pay & Compensation
J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for shipping and delivery on critical loads throughout the continental US. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and strive to provide them with the care they need.

- Average weekly pay: $1,550+
- Mileage pay: .50cpm-.60cpm based on verified experience
- Unload pay: $240 for full trailer load/unload. $25 stop pay. $50 backhaul.

- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset typically Saturday afternoon to Monday morning or Friday night to Sunday morning
- Early morning deliveries
- Drivers travel to the first stop the day prior and take a 10-hour break before unloading
- 100% touch freight
- Live unload at store locations
- Drivers hand unload box-by-box using rollers
- Must complete 3 loads per week, with 1-7 stops per load
- Routes operate throughout TX, OK, AR, LA, MS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years
- Must be able to meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements
- Accidents, violations, and tickets reviewed on a case-by-case basis
