Full Description
Compensation & Hours
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,130 - $1,500 per week
- Employment Type: Full-time, W2 position
- Orientation: Paid company orientation
- Accessorial Pay: $20 per hour for detention and breakdown time
- Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset
- Operating Area: Regional routes throughout the northwestern states
- Consistency: Predictable dispatch with a steady, reliable workload
- Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Dry Van
- Operations: Primarily drop-and-hook loads along well-established regional lanes
- Equipment: Assigned late-model tractors (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International) focused on safety and driver comfort
- Insurance: Full comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Time Off: 10 days of paid vacation per year and 8 paid holidays per year
- Retirement: 401(k) plan available with up to a $2,000 company match
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Compliance: Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background check, and drug and alcohol testing requirements.
