Immediate Benefits:
- Sign-On Bonus: $6,000
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500 Gross.
- Yearly Projections: $78,000+ stable annual income.
- Accessorial Pay: $25 per stop after the first stop; $30/hr detention pay after 2 hours.
Operation & Equipment Specs:
- The Fleet: Hauling dedicated, preloaded retail trailers out of Oklahoma City.
- Workload: Average 3 loads and 3-6 stops per week. Daytime deliveries.
- Night Driving: Required to hit scheduled morning drop times.
- Safety Tech: Late-model tractors equipped with outward-facing cameras only (zero driver-facing cameras).
- Lanes: 750-mile radius from OKC
Schedule & Home Time:
- Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (days of the week vary).
- Peak Season: May through October (high volume, time off restricted to emergencies during peak).
- Rules: Clean on-time performance is critical. Equipment cannot be taken home.
Paid Orientation:
- 3-day paid orientation (Mon-Wed) in Minneapolis, MN or Appling, GA.
- 100% paid travel (flight, bus, or gas), lodging, and all meals provided.
Hiring Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
- Valid Class A CDL and clear driving history.
- Must live within 60 miles of OKC (border-zone applicants reviewed case-by-case).
- Phone/hiring interview required.
