Earning Potential:

Dry Van: Average $2,200/week (Based on $0.80 CPM)
Reefer: Average $2,400/week (Based on $0.80 CPM)

About the Role

We are seeking professional, experienced Class A CDL Drivers for OTR lanes across the Lower 48 states (No NYC routes). This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering high miles, modern equipment, and excellent flexibility with no forced dispatch. Drive the miles you want and manage your own schedule with a driver-focused team.
What We Offer

High Volume Miles: Consistent average of 3,200+ miles per week
Premium Pay: $0.80 CPM for all miles
Freight Profile: 100% No-Touch Freight | 70% Drop & Hook
Dispatch Flexibility: True No Forced Dispatch-you choose your loads
Accessorial Pay:
- Layover Pay: $150
- Detention Pay: $25/hour (after 2 hours at the dock)

Job Requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
Route Readiness: Must be prepared and willing to run all 48 states (excluding New York City).
Tax Classification: Understanding and acceptance of 1099 independent contractor tax status.
