Class A CDL Local Driver - Home Daily (95% Drop & Hook, Dedicated Fleet)
Job Type: Full-time (W2)
Pay: Competitive CPM Structure + Extra Bonus Opportunities - average $1500 weekly pay.
Home Time: Home Daily (Sleep in your own bed every night)
Schedule: 6-day work week followed by a weekly 34-hour reset (Future opportunities for set days off)
Frequency: Fast-paced, high-frequency local loops averaging 23+ stops per week
Operating Area: Very tight local radius (Longest round trip is only 91 miles!)

- Freight Management: Deliveries consist of 95% drop-and-hook freight. The remaining 5% may require light pallet jack unloading at delivery points.
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience: 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
- Schedule Flexibility: Drivers must be willing to work a 6-day schedule to support retail volume before taking a weekly 34-hour reset.
- Commute: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute daily to and from the yard in Chicago.
- MUST live within 50 miles of Chicago.
- Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
