Job Type: Full-time (W2)
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week (Average)
Home Time: Home 3-4 days every 3-4 weeks out

Are you an adaptable Class A driver who enjoys open-road variety and unique route assignments? We are seeking a reliable OTR Fleet Driver to handle standard freight runs and specialized truck recovery assignments. In this role, you will occasionally be sent to recover trucks and transport them back to company locations.

Job Description
Are you an adaptable Class A driver who enjoys open-road variety and unique route assignments? We are seeking a reliable OTR Fleet Driver to handle standard freight runs and specialized truck recovery assignments. In this role, you will occasionally be sent to recover trucks and transport them back to company locations.

- Route Variety: Primary operation is OTR handling 48-state dry van or reefer freight.
- Truck Recovery: Willingness to be dispatched to recover equipment/trucks and safely relocate them to designated company shops or yards.
- Occasional Teaming: Drivers will run as a team 5% to 10% of the time strictly for specific recovery logistics or getting a unit to a maintenance shop.
- Digital Communication: Maintain a smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos of equipment and emailing them directly to the fleet manager for inspection updates.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL solo driving experience.
- Location: Must live within 50 miles of San Francisco, CA.
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Tech-Savvy: Must own a smartphone with operational camera and email capabilities.
- Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
