We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional position offering consistent freight, strong weekly earnings, and weekly home time.

Pay & Compensation
- Average weekly pay: approximately $1,720
- Sign on bonus: $2,500
- Mileage pay: $0.71 per mile
- Unload pay: $275 per unload
- Stop pay: $20 per stop
- Backhaul pay: $50 per backhaul
- Paid on a W2
- Full benefits package available
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- Early morning deliveries, which require night driving
- Drivers complete a 10-hour break prior to unloading
- 100% touch freight
- Live unload, box-by-box using rollers
- Average 2 loads per week
- Typically 3-5 stops per route
- Drivers running approximately 1,550 miles per week and completing 2 loads average $1,720 weekly
- Regional routes covering:
- IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years
- Must reside in Bentonville or the surrounding area
- Must be able to meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements
- Accidents, tickets, and violations reviewed on a case-by-case basis
