Position Overview
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a lease purchase opportunity with consistent miles, strong earning potential, and regular home time. This position primarily runs east of I-35 and offers steady freight with a major customer.

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a lease purchase opportunity with consistent miles, strong earning potential, and regular home time. This position primarily runs east of I-35 and offers steady freight with a major customer.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 24 months, OR 6 months within the last 12 months
- Must have OTR or regional driving experience (local-only experience does not qualify)
- Must meet all DOT safety and employment requirements
- Pay: $1.45 CPM + fuel surcharge
- Average Miles:
- 2,400-2,500 miles/week (home weekly)
- 2,500-2,700 miles/week (out two weeks)
- Estimated Gross Revenue: $3,625 - $3,915/week (before deductions)
- Estimated Take-Home:
- $1,500-$1,700 (home weekly)
- $1,700-$1,900 (home every other weekend)
- Home Time:
- Typically out 5.5 days with a 34-hour reset at home
- Option to stay out longer for increased earnings
- Operating Area: East of I-35 (Midwest & Southeast), no NYC routes
- Freight: Hauling finished paper goods (no-touch freight)
- Primary Customer: Major paper goods manufacturer
- Equipment: 2023-2024 International trucks
- Lease Terms: 1-3 years (based on truck mileage)
- Weekly Payments: $650-$750
- Buyout: Final payment typically under $5,000 (varies by unit)
- Early Termination Option: $1,400 fee
- Maintenance Escrow: Account provided for repairs and preventative maintenance
- Drivers will be assigned an available truck at orientation
- Consistent freight and steady miles
- Opportunity to increase earnings by staying out longer
- Support team available to assist drivers throughout the lease program
