Position Overview
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local grocery delivery account based out of North Hatfield, MA. This position offers consistent freight, daily home time, and steady work delivering fresh and frozen groceries to supermarkets and distribution centers.

Note: Drivers should expect to deliver in NYC boroughs regularly.

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local grocery delivery account based out of North Hatfield, MA. This position offers consistent freight, daily home time, and steady work delivering fresh and frozen groceries to supermarkets and distribution centers.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Must meet all DOT safety and employment requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the terminal
- Home Time: Daily
- Operating Area: Within a 350-mile radius of North Hatfield, MA
- Freight Type: Fresh and frozen groceries (reefer trailers)
- Equipment: 46', 48', 51', and 53' refrigerated trailers
- Trucks: Automatic day cabs (cannot be taken home)
- Route Type: Multi-stop deliveries (typically 15-20 stops per week)
- Primary deliveries in New York City boroughs and Long Island (80-90%)
- Additional routes include: NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, and upstate NY
Note: Drivers should expect to deliver in NYC boroughs regularly.
Work Duties
- Typically one longer route per day (with occasional second shorter route if hours allow)
- Pick up return product and occasional backhauls
- Assist with unloading using electric pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain professional customer interactions at delivery locations
- Early start times
- Consistent weekly schedules
- Drivers may work holidays if scheduled
- Closed on major holidays during the day, with operations resuming at night
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) - Opportunity to assist on other local accounts if needed
- Daily home time
