Local CDL-A Driver | Dedicated Route

Join our dedicated local fleet as a Class A CDL Truck Driver and enjoy the perfect balance of steady income and daily home time. Operating out of our distribution center in Tipp City, OH, you will handle local routes across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana with consistent, year-round freight.

This is a W-2 position utilizing newer model day cabs in a slip-seat operation.
What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $0.57 - $0.65 CPM (based on experience)
• Additional Pay: $20 per stop / $45 short-haul bonus for routes under 96 miles
• Home Time: Home daily with two scheduled days off per week

• 12-hour shifts on average
• 24/7 operation: Drivers must be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays (start times may vary)

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of solo Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (Note: Driving school or training time does not count toward this requirement)
• Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Tipp City, OH, and have reliable transportation for a daily commute to the distribution center
• Safety: Must meet all DOT drug, alcohol, and safety requirements
• Background: Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), accident history, and criminal background will be reviewed on an individual, case-by-case basis
