Compensation Breakdown

Our highly competitive component pay structure is designed to reward efficiency, ensuring our drivers average $1,300+ weekly:

Mileage Pay: $0.43 to $0.51+ per mile
Short-Haul Bonus: An additional $30.00 for any loads under 90 miles
Stop Pay: $15.00 for every single stop

Schedule & Operations

Work Week: 5-day schedules running Thursday - Monday or Friday - Tuesday. (Please note: Weekend shifts are required, and weekends off are not guaranteed).
Daily Workflow: Drivers typically run 2 dedicated local runs per day.
Operation Style: This is a night-driving, slip-seat account utilizing shared, well-maintained equipment.

Job Requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Location: Must reside within 25 miles of zip code 33982 (Strict limit-applicants must live within this radius).
Experience Levels Welcome:
- Experienced Drivers: Minimum of 6 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years to onboard immediately without training.
- New CDL Graduates / Entry-Level: We proudly accept new CDL drivers! Drivers with less than 6 months of experience will complete our comprehensive, paid routing training program.
Safety & Background: Accidents, moving violations, and criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
