Position Overview
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local grocery delivery account based out of Westfield, MA. This position offers consistent freight, daily home time, and steady work delivering fresh and frozen products to supermarkets and distribution centers.

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local grocery delivery account based out of Westfield, MA. This position offers consistent freight, daily home time, and steady work delivering fresh and frozen products to supermarkets and distribution centers.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Must meet all DOT safety and employment requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the terminal
- Home Time: Daily
- Operating Area: Within a 250-mile radius of Westfield, MA
- Freight Type: Fresh and frozen groceries (reefer trailers)
- Equipment: 46', 48', 51', and 53' refrigerated trailers
- Trucks: Automatic day cabs (cannot be taken home)
- Route Type: Multi-stop deliveries (average 30-35 stops per week)
- Routes include: MA, CT, NJ, VT, RI, and NH
- Deliveries to major grocery chains including Stop & Shop and Shaw's
- Typically one longer route per day (with occasional second route if hours allow)
- Deliver frozen products (typically 1-3 pallets per stop)
- Driver assist unload using manual or electric pallet jack
- Pick up return product and occasional backhauls
- Maintain professional customer interactions
- Slip seat operation (shared trucks across shifts)
- Consistent, year-round freight
- Drivers may assist on other local accounts as needed
- Uniforms provided
- Daily home time
- Drivers should expect to work scheduled holidays
- Dedicated grocery delivery routes with consistent demand
