Job Type: Full-time (W2)
Pay: Competitive Activity/Ring Pay + Bonus Incentives
Home Time: Home Daily
Shift: 6-day work week (Includes weekends). Start times between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (1400 - 1700).
Operating Area: Southern California lanes with occasional runs to Las Vegas, NV.

- Daily Schedule: Shifts average 10-12 hours per day. Drivers work a 6-day schedule that includes weekends.
- Operational Flow: Safely execute drop-and-hook assignments on dedicated, familiar lanes averaging 1,400 miles per week.
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience: 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience (local or OTR).
- Commute: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the yard in Rialto, CA.
- Must live within 30 miles of Rialto, CA.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work afternoon/night shifts (1400-1700 start windows) and weekends.
- Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
