Class A CDL Local/Regional Driver - Dedicated Account (Home Daily / Mon-Fri)
Job Type: Full-time (W2)
Pay: Lucrative Load Pay + Competitive CPM Structure
Home Time: Home Daily (with the exception of occasional Chinle overnight runs)
Schedule: Monday through Friday (with some Saturdays). Early AM start times (typically 3:00 AM - 4:00 AM).
Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight (Live Unload)

- Pay: Average $1220-1440 weekly.
- The Launch Point: All loads originate daily at the facility in Tempe, AZ.
- The Lanes: Safely shuttle 1 high-priority load per day to distribution centers located in Kingman, Flagstaff, Show Low, Gallup, and Chinle.
- Overnight Exceptions: Runs to Chinle require a standard overnight stay; all other routes are completed home-daily.
- Daily Schedule: Work shifts average 10 to 12 hours. Drivers must be ready for early morning dispatches starting between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
- Experience: 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
- Endorsements: Hazmat endorsement is preferred upon hire. Drivers without it must be willing to obtain their Hazmat certification within 90 days of employment.
- Commute: This is a daily slip-seat operation. Trucks remain at the facility, so drivers must have reliable personal transportation to commute to the Tempe yard daily.
- Must live within 35 miles of Tempe, AZ.
- Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
