J Rose Logistics is seeking active, professional Class A CDL drivers for a local, home-daily dedicated fleet operating out of Fredericksburg, VA. This position is ideal for drivers who prefer an active role, utilizing mechanical unloading equipment to deliver steady retail freight.

Pay & Compensation
- Weekly Earnings: $1,650 - $1,750 average weekly pay
- Pay Structure: Competitive component pay including cents-per-mile (CPM), load pay, and stop pay
- Classification: Full-time, W2 position with consistent, year-round dedicated freight
- Home Time: Home daily (Local operation)
- Work Week: 5-day work schedule requiring weekend availability, with 2 consecutive days off per week
- Shift Details: Daily shifts typically average 12 to 14 hours
- Start Times: Evening dispatch windows typically begin between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM
- Operating Area: Local and regional deliveries throughout the states of Virginia and Maryland, with all routes originating at the distribution center in Fredericksburg, VA
- Volume: Drivers average approximately 1,300 miles per week
- Freight Type: Dedicated grocery/retail freight. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers utilizing a company-provided electric pallet jack, as well as transporting return freight back to the distribution center.
- Equipment: Late-model tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, pulling standard 53-foot trailers
- Insurance: Full benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
- Retirement: 401(k) retirement options available
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience
- Location: Must reside within 45 miles of Fredericksburg, VA
- Commute: Must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute to the terminal facility daily
- Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
