Compensation Breakdown

We utilize a component pay structure designed to reward efficient drivers, making it easy to hit a consistent weekly average of $1,400 - $1,800:

• Hourly Base: $16.00 / hour
• Stop Pay: $18.25 per stop (Averaging 2 stops per load)

• Operating Radius: Highly localized operations. 80% of shipments are within a tight 1 to 40-mile radius.
• Regional Run: Crossing into Oregon/Washington borders is required on this lane as needed, but routes are strictly local-you are home after every single shift.
• Freight Handling: Drop & hook and live loads. Absolutely zero driver touch or unloading required.
• Operation Style: This is a professional slip-seat account utilizing well-maintained, shared equipment.

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: Must have at least 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 12 months.
• Location: Must live within 25 miles of Troutdale.
• Border Crossings: Ability to cross state lines (Oregon/Washington regional lanes) while maintaining local daily home time.
