Qualifications
- Base Mileage Pay: $0.75 per mile (Includes $0.10/mile performance bonus)
- Average Earnings: Top 25% of drivers on this fleet earn $2,000 weekly / $104,000 annually
- Average Mileage: 1,900 - 2,000 miles/week
- Additional Pay:
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop
- Unload Pay: $35 per pallet jack unload (Separate rates apply for occasional hand unloads)
- Orientation Pay: $500
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
Job Details & Home Time
- Home Time: Home most nights (Occasional 10-hour rest breaks required on the road)
- Operating Area: Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana
- Freight: Dry van for a non-grocery retail chain
- Deliveries: Multi-stop freight (3-4 stops per load)
- Touch Freight: Driver unload at delivery locations using liftgate trailers and pallet jacks; occasional hand unloads required

Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
