Position Overview
We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional position offering consistent miles, weekly home time, and guaranteed pay. This role runs within the Midwest with steady, no-touch freight.

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional position offering consistent miles, weekly home time, and guaranteed pay. This role runs within the Midwest with steady, no-touch freight.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 2 years of Class A tractor-trailer experience
- Must live in or near Davenport, IA and surrounding areas
- Accidents, violations, and criminal history will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Must meet all DOT safety and employment requirements
- Pay: Starting at $0.53 CPM
- Minimum Weekly Guarantee: $1,000 gross
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Miles: Up to 500+ miles per day
- Home Time: Weekly (36-48 hours off between Friday-Monday)
- Freight: 100% no-touch, mostly drop and hook
- Operating Area: Regional (IA, IL, IN, OH, MI, WI + occasional GA)

- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 3 years
- 3 weeks after 10 years
- 4 weeks after 20 years
