Upgrade your driving career with premium equipment and a regional route that gets you home every single week. We are seeking dependable CDL-A professionals for our Midwest regional lanes. If you have at least a year of tractor-trailer experience and want to pull for a company that invests in its fleet, we want to hear from you.
The Trucking Fleet:
- Drive top-tier, well-maintained equipment: 2020-2025 Peterbilt 567s, 2023-2024 Internationals, and 2021 Freightliner Cascadias.
- Trucks are governed at 70 MPH; 53-foot dry van trailers are 2017 or newer.
Compensation Overview:
- Flat $0.70 CPM for all loaded and empty miles (~1,800 miles/week).
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($1,250 at 30 days / $1,250 at 90 days).
- Predictable home time: 5 nights out, 2 nights home (includes weekly 34-hour reset).
- Comprehensive W2 health benefits package.
Requirements:
- Verifiable 1 year of tractor-trailer experience (local, regional, or OTR) within the last 5 years.
- Valid Class A CDL license.
