Compensation & Performance Pay
- Weekly Earnings: Average $1,265 - $1,500 per week
- All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles-whether you are running loaded or empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time.
- Orientation: Paid orientation to get you started smoothly.
- Schedule: Consistent, steady workload with predictable dispatch.
- Home Time: Home weekly for your full reset.
- Operating Area: Regional routes primarily throughout the Northeastern states.
- The Fleet: Drive newer, top-tier Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors.
- Freight Style: 100% No-Touch freight. Mostly drop & hook loads to keep your wheels turning and minimize wait times.
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
- Paid Time Off: 10 days of paid vacation per year + 8 paid holidays per year
- Retirement: 401(k) plan available with up to a $2,000 company match
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Compliance: Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
