Full Description
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a Midwest regional fleet offering consistent freight, weekly home time, and dependable miles. Drivers enjoy mostly drop-and-hook freight and modern equipment.
Pay & Benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1,250 - $1,575
- .55cpm paid on ALL miles loaded and empty
- Quarterly safety bonus
- W2 position
- $20/hour detention and breakdown pay
- Up to $2,000 401(k) match
- Paid vacation
- 8 paid holidays per year
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
Home Time
- Home weekly for a 34-48 hour reset
- Typically 5-5.5 days out
- Drivers may take their truck home during home time
Freight & Equipment
- Dry van freight
- 100% no-touch freight
- Drop & hook
- Newer equipment including Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
• Requirements
- ValidClass A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Must have recent driving experience within the last 90 days
- Must meet all DOT safety and drug & alcohol requirements
- Accidents, violations, and background reviewed on a case-by-case basis
