Pay & Bonuses

CPM: $0.58/mile for all miles, with a $0.02/mile increase at 6 months
Average Earnings: Top 25% of drivers on this fleet earn $1,800 weekly / $94,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
Orientation Pay: $500
Veterans Bonus: Additional bonus available with a valid DD-214

Job Details & Home Time

Home Time: Home at least weekly. Drivers living closest to the Topeka Distribution Center get home more frequently, with potential home time most nights for local Topeka residents.
Operating Area: Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas
Weekly Mileage: Average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week
Freight Type: Mostly drop-and-hook and preloaded trailers (occasional live load/unload on backhaul lanes)
Schedule: Nights and weekends may be required based on route needs

Experience: Minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Topeka, KS
