Job Description
Class A CDL Truck Driver- Heavy Haul
JB Harris Transport LLC is rapidly expanding and is looking for Full time Heavy Haul multi axle operators to join our team effective immediately! Schedule is Monday to Friday. On average you will spend 3-4 nights out per week. We Support and encourage veterans to apply! Commission rates are an available option as well. Paid Weekly! Must live roughly within an hour of Newnan, GA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dependability
- Safety Conscience
- Attentive to Detail
- Safely Load and Unload Construction Equipment
- Secure Load per regulations by hand using straps, chains, binders
- Follow OS/OW Permits
- Manage HOS using ELD
- Comply with all FMCSA, SC&RA, and OSHA regulations
Required Qualifications :
- Class A CDL for more than 3 years
- Must be 23 or older (insurance requirement)
- Clean MVR
- Clean PSP
- DOT Medical Card
Required Experience:
- Lowboy/RGN - 3 years
- Landoll - 3 years
- Dove Tail - 3 years
- Manual Transmission (No Restrictions)
- 12 axle experience
Preferred Experience- Training available:
- Operating earth moving equipment.
- Arial equipment
- Dump trailer
- Touch Freight
- Concrete Mixer
- Doubles/Triples Endorsement
- TWIC Card
