Southeast - AL Dedicated Hauls

Driver Pay Rates:

• $225 - $245 per day, depending on experience
• Paid Lumpers: Some driver unload available but not mandatory
• Breakdown Pay: $12/hour (after 4 hours in shop, up to 10 hours)
• Orientation Pay: $600 (upon completion of orientation)

• Rider Policy: available after 3 months

• Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes in Greeley, CO

• $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
• $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

• Running Region- Within 250-300 miles of Pilgrim's plant operations in each location.
• Plant Location: Russellville, AL
• Hours and Days: 8 to 14 hours a day; Length of day varies depending on plant needs, plant changes and driver capacity.
• Start Times: Vary by location
• Home Time Home most nights, may be out 1-2 nights per week.

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
• Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
• Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
