- Strong pay on a steady account. Earn 66-72CPM* based on experience.
- Get paid to get started. A limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus is available.*
- Consistent miles with planned resets. Run 2,100-2,500 miles per week on a dedicated account, typically staying out 10-12 days with two days home. Drivers can stay out longer for additional miles.
- Single-customer consistency. Dedicated freight means familiar lanes, predictable schedules, and fewer surprises from week to week.
- Freight that keeps you moving. Haul 100% no-touch freight to minimize dock time and maximize paid miles.
- Extra pay that adds up. Detention, layover, and stop pay help compensate you when delays happen.*

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12 months of OTR experience within the last three years
- Refrigerated experience preferred
