Class A CDL Driver Position - Full-Time Company Driver

Pay: $1,600 to $1,900 weekly
Home Time: Every 5-6 days

CDL-A drivers out of Albuquerque can expect reliable dry van freight, familiar regional routes, and consistent weekly home time while earning $1,600 to $1,900 per week.

Position Details:

This regional CDL-A position runs a 5-6 day schedule followed by a weekly reset at the driver's home base. Drivers operate within a defined regional area, providing route familiarity and predictable trip planning.

All freight is no-touch dry van with no driver loading or unloading. Reefer, flatbed, or tanker experience is accepted.

Position Highlights:

• Assigned newer trucks, typically under 2.5 years old

Drivers also have access to a fuel program that provides additional monthly earning potential, along with safety bonuses tied to DOT inspections.

A rider policy is available immediately after hiring.

Orientation:

Orientation lasts 3 days, with travel, hotel, and meals covered. Orientation pay is $100 per day to support drivers during onboarding.

Requirements:

Drivers need a valid CDL-A license and 6 months of experience within the last 12 months. No speeding violations of 15 MPH or more over the limit within the last year. Reckless or careless driving is reviewed case by case, and any DUI must be at least 3 years old.

Drivers must be able to handle BOL paperwork and interact with customers as needed. A valid medical card and compliance with FMCSA requirements are required.
