CDL-A drivers in Raleigh can expect consistent Northeast freight, dependable dispatch planning, and weekly pay between $1,450 and $1,625 with every other weekend home time.
Hiring Area: Raleigh, NC 27601
Pay: $1,450 to $1,625 Weekly - Direct Deposit Every Week
Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van Freight
Home Time: Every Other Weekend Home for 2 Full Days
Running Area: Northeast Regional Routes - No NYC Deliveries
Regional CDL-A position running Northeast routes with every other weekend home time and no NYC deliveries.
Drivers operate within a consistent Northeast freight network with mostly drop & hook dry van loads and organized dispatch planning throughout the week. New equipment with TV, Sirius XM, and microwave mount.
- Assigned truck - no slip seating
- Rider and pet policy starts immediately
- Paid all miles (loaded & empty)
- Mostly drop & hook freight
- 100% no-touch freight
Trucks are switched out yearly to ensure safety and compliance.

Job Duties
Job duties for this CDL-A driver position with Jamie Tharpe Trucking include Northeast regional runs with no NYC deliveries and 100% no-touch freight. Drivers must be able to process rate confirmations and use GPS.
