Position: CDL-A Truck Driver - Regional Freight

Jamie Tharpe Trucking offers consistent freight, steady scheduling, and weekly home time for CDL-A truck drivers. This position includes a 34-hour reset one week and a 48-hour reset the next week, allowing drivers regular time at home. All home time is taken at the driver's home base.

Qualifications (reviewed by Safety & Compliance)

6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months
No speeding 15 MPH or over in the last year
Careless or reckless driving reviewed case by case
DUI must be at least 3 years old

Driver-friendly qualification process

Guidelines & Compliance

Must be able to process BOL paperwork and communicate with customers when needed
Valid DOT Medical Card
Valid Class A CDL License
Clearinghouse registration required for compliance review
