Jamie Tharpe Trucking: CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver
Pay: $1,325 to $1,475 per week
Home Time: Every other week (2 full days)
Freight: Dedicated refrigerated, 100% no-touch
Location: Shreveport, LA 71101

Job Details:
Haul refrigerated (reefer) trailers with 100% no-touch freight in a dedicated CDL-A truck driver position.
This dedicated CDL-A truck driver position runs consistent reefer freight with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries. Drivers average 2,300 to 2,600 miles per week while operating late-model equipment. Dispatch works to keep loads moving efficiently while supporting scheduled home time every other week.
Drivers benefit from consistent communication throughout the week, helping them understand load timing, route expectations, and available support before each trip begins. Predictable route planning and steady freight availability help reduce unnecessary downtime and support consistent miles from week to week.

Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license with at least 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months or 1 year of OTR experience in the last 3 years.
