Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. Drivers are responsible for safely operating refrigerated (reefer) trucks-both manual and automatic transmissions-to deliver products accurately and on time.
This role goes beyond driving. Our drivers are a key part of our customer relationships and are expected to represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and a service-first mindset. You will regularly interact with customers, assist with unloading, and help ensure products are handled and placed properly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A CDL refrigerated trucks (manual and automatic transmissions)
- Deliver products to bakeries, donut shops, restaurants, and hospitality clients on scheduled local routes
- Load, unload, and verify orders for accuracy
- Assist customers by unloading and properly putting away products when needed
- Maintain proper temperature control of refrigerated and frozen goods
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
- Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Keep truck and equipment clean and organized
- Provide courteous, professional service and build strong customer relationships at each stop
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety
- Ability to lift and handle heavy products on a regular basis
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with refrigerated (reefer) units
- Delivery or route driving in food distribution or similar industry
- Familiarity with bakery, foodservice, or hospitality environments
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting, bending, and physical activity
- Exposure to varying temperatures (including refrigerated and freezer conditions)
- Local routes with consistent customer interaction
