Pay/Benefits:

The expected pay range for this role is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data. • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full-Time position)

• Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Primary

• Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.

• Pick and pack orders for delivery or customer pickup.

• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.

• Load/unload trucks safely using forklifts or pallet jacks.

• Assist with regular inventory counts and restocking.

• Back-Up Driver when needed to support delivery team

• Other Duties as assigned

Driving (CDL B): Secondary - As Needed

• Operate a CDL B vehicle to make scheduled deliveries to customer sites.

• Ensure accurate delivery documentation (invoices, signatures, logs).

• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

• Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.

• Provide professional, courteous service to customers at delivery sites.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B license with clean driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1-2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor.

• Forklift experience/certification preferred (can train if necessary).

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-player attitude.

• Knowledge of basic warehouse procedures and safety practices.
