Description

Knight transportation is looking for experienced CDL-A truck drivers to contract with the team as an Owner Operator. Operate under Knight's authority and gain access to Knight's nationwide fuel network savings with a fuel protection program, maintenance program, and trailer pool.

Required Tractor Specifications:

Tractor must be seven years or newer
Wheelbase must be less than 265 inches
Sliding fifth wheel height of 47.5″ or less
3-axle with sleeper
Governed at 68mph cruise, 70pmh pedal (Knight covers cost)

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license
9 months of Class A experience within the last year or 1 year of Class A experience within the last 5 years
No DUI within 5 years or 10 years if CDL holder at time of DUI
No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests
