Pay Range: $20.55 to $29.82
Shift: Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

The Spotter / Yard Driver will have various responsibilities including: washing the inside and outside of semi-trailers, shuttling unloaded and loaded trailers, loading / unloading LP tanks from carriage, and any other duties that arise. With this position there are activities that require strong teamwork skills, the ability to clearly communicate over a 2 way radio, work in a fast paced environment, and actively work well with others.

Qualifications:

• Class A CDL with combination vehicle, air brakes, and tanker endorsements
• Hazmat endorsement is required within first 90 days of employment
• Prior Class A commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record
• High level of customer service
• Accurate / detail orientated
• Willing to learn / perform a variety of job tasks
• Work well with others
• Work with minimal supervision
• Understand / accurately complete invoice paperwork
• Work in a safety conscious environment
• Work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions
