Job description:
When you'll work: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Start time(s): M/Th: 2:00am W: 4:00am
Wage: $30-$33.00 (depending on experience)
What you'll do: Our drivers deliver flowers and plants in a safe, timely, and economical manner and provide customer-driven service.
- Must be able to complete all tasks based on written standard work and meet the cycle times associated with each step of the standard work
- Deliver product on-time and in the condition, it was when it left LBR
- Must make sure to follow delivery instructions and that the product is placed where the customer requests and bring back any returned product
- Compile an accurate and current driver's manifest and recognize and correct any mistakes before they reach internal or external customers
- Operates E-logs to meet DOT requirements
- Operates with routing software on handheld device
- Responsible for completing DOT Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports on handheld device
- Recommend process changes to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Work safely while being aware of potential hazards
- Use innovative ideas to continuously improve upon current processes
- Pay close attention to details
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Qualification Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience
- Class A CDL
- Air Brake Endorsement
Pay Frequency:
- Biweekly or twice monthly

- Delivering through Bismarck, Grand Forks, and Thief River Falls
