Pay
$27-$33/hour (depending on experience and license)

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Start time: 4:00 AM (8-9 hour shifts)
Route: Local deliveries throughout the Fargo area
What You'll Do: Our drivers deliver flowers and plants safely, on time, and with strong customer driven service.
Key responsibilities include:
Follow written standard work and meet cycle times for each task
Deliver product on time and in the same condition it left LBR
Follow delivery instructions and place product where requested
Return any product that is refused or needs to come back
Maintain an accurate driver manifest and correct errors before they impact customers
Operate E-logs to meet DOT requirements
Use routing software on a handheld device
Complete DOT daily vehicle inspections on a handheld device
Recommend process improvements related to safety, quality, and productivity
Work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain awareness of safety hazards
Demonstrate attention to detail
Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
