Compensation Options:
Drivers can choose between CPM pay or percentage pay:
- Dry Van Team: up to $0.75 CPM or 28% of gross.
- Reefer Team: up to $0.80 CPM or 28% of gross.
Benefits & Home Time:
- Paid detention, layover, and extra stops.
- Weekly direct deposit (1099 position).
- Typical schedule: 3-4 weeks out with 4-5 days home.
- Stay out 45 days and receive 5-7 days home.
- Reimbursement of up to $150 for truck parking or airfare.
- Consistent freight across all 48 states.
Equipment:
- Late-model Freightliner trucks (2022-2026).
- New Volvo trucks (2025 models).
- Automatic transmissions.
- Refrigerators and inverters included.
- Well-maintained fleet and full-service shop on site.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license and Medical Card.
- Minimum 6 months of OTR experience.
- Ability to stay out at least 3-4 weeks.
- Safe driving record preferred.
