Class A CDL Driver - Tractor Trailer (Grease Trap Service)

Home Terminal: Mobile Trans Station | 1980 Avenue A, Mobile, AL 36615

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2 AM start | 12-hour shifts | 1 Saturday/month

Pay: Starting at $23.50/hr + OT | Weekly Pay

This is more than a driving job-it's essential environmental service work. As a Class A CDL Driver based at our Mobile, AL Trans Station, you'll operate a manual 10-speed tractor trailer and perform grease trap service routes across the region. You'll be home daily, work steady shifts, and help keep our communities clean and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate a manual 10-speed tractor trailer to service grease traps
• Start routes early (2 AM) with a 12-hour shift expectation
• Report to and park daily at our Mobile Trans Station (1980 Avenue A)
• Complete full assigned routes and communicate with dispatch as needed
• Log services using company-issued tablet devices
• Perform inspections and safe line jetting on grease traps
• Maintain accurate daily logs, paperwork, and pre-/post-trip DVIRs
• Follow all DOT regulations and LES safety protocols
• Work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail

What You'll Need:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Tanker endorsement required by Day 1
• Experience with manual 10-speed transmissions
• At least one (1) year of verifiable CDL or military driving experience
• Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse

• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more
• No more than two (2) moving violations in the past five (5) years
• No more than one (1) DOT recordable accident in the last three (3) years
• Medically qualified to operate a commercial vehicle
• Vacuum truck or grease trap experience preferred (or willing to learn)Why Choose LES:

What to Expect

This is physical, hands-on work-driving is just part of the job. You'll be servicing grease traps and using vacuum equipment. It's dirty, greasy, smelly-and essential.
