CDL-A Lease-to-Buy OTR Drivers - Path to Ownership
Job Type: Contract
License Requirement: CDL Class A (minimum 2 years OTR experience required)
Position Type: Over-the-Road (OTR) - 48 States
Equipment: Tractor + Trailer (lease provided)

Pay & Lease Structure
88% of gross revenue is paid directly to you
12% company fee
Weekly Fixed Lease Payment: $2,200/week (covers truck, trailer, insurance, maintenance, factoring, ELD, and support)
Lease-to-Buy Escrow Deposit: $250/week for 10 weeks ($2,500 total, refundable per policy)
Truck Ownership Details:
CDL Class A license (front & back)
DOT medical card
Completed online driver application
Apply only if you have the required CDL-A license, at least 2 years of OTR experience, and are willing to stay out for a minimum of 2 weeks.

- Trucks priced $170,000-$200,000
- Ownership completed in ~150 weeks (example: $180,000 ÷ $1,200 = 150 weeks)
- Final price confirmed after approval and assignment
- OTR - all 48 states, no forced dispatch
- Average gross: $7,000 - $10,000/week
- 3,000+ miles/week average
- Fuel card with discounts (fuel cost deducted weekly)
- Weekly direct deposit (Form 1099 - Independent Contractor)
