Full Description
JOB FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for operating Bailer Systems, as well as transporting trailers to and from drop sights.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Operate Bailer System.
2. Shuttle trailers to and from Loading station, dropping them in specified locations.
3. Ensure functionality of Tractor and Trailer.
4. Trouble shoots system operational problems.
5. Follows all DOT and Safety rules and regulations.
6. Performs other duties as directed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ability to operate a Forklift.
2. Complete Pre and Post Trip Inspections.
3. Report all incidents and damages immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
2. Valid CDL-A license within acceptable MPW driving standards.
3. Ability to operate a forklift.
4. Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience preferred.
5. Able to work safely and efficiently.
6. Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
7. Professional oral and written interpersonal communications.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to move up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation.
2. Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor.
3. Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
4. Ability to position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces.
5. Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc.
6. Ability to maintain workloads that may include travel to a variety of states for days or weeks,
and daily timeframes that could exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
