CDL Class A Driver | Home Daily | No-Touch Drayage

Maxwood Furniture is a rapidly growing furniture company with an expanding portfolio of brands including Max & Lily, Plank + Beam, and Maxtrix. Since launching over two decades ago, we've built multiple sales channels across DTC websites and third-party marketplaces.

We're looking for an experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our Transportation team.
Role Overview

Enjoy consistent local routes, home every night, no-touch freight, and drop-and-hook operations while transporting containers between the Port of Charleston and Maxwood distribution facilities. What You'll Do

• Run local drayage routes between Wando Welch Terminal and Maxwood facilities
• Safely operate Class A equipment while following DOT regulations
• Perform drop-and-hook moves with no-touch freight
• Complete vehicle inspections and required logs
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure safe, on-time deliveries

• Valid Class A CDL
• 5+ years of CDL Class A driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Valid TWIC Card
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
• Port/drayage experience preferred
