MUST CURRENTLY HAVE CLASS A CDL LICENSE!
The Transportation Supervisor -Yard provides direct supervision for the Yardspotters and fueling department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for all activities relating to the truck yard including location of trucks, cleanliness and more.
- Review all fueling reports and supervise yardspotters and one transportation assistant.
- Supervise and coordinate activities regarding hand cart assignments including check in and out process.
- Responsible for lock checks and temperature checks.
- This position has additional duties. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- MUST CURRENTLY HAVE CLASS A CDL LICENSE
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Have at least 1 year of transportation management experience in the food distribution industry.
- Be knowledgeable about general truck yard operations.
- Be able to work a varied and flexible schedule.
- Have basic competency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
