Take Your CDL-A Career Further - Train in California, Relocate to Salt Lake City ($5,000 Sign-on Bonus & $10,000 Relocation Package)

Now we're building the team for our new Salt Lake City Distribution Center, and we're looking for experienced CDL-A drivers ready to help launch this exciting new operation.
Selected drivers will be hired and trained at our Merced, California Distribution Center. After training, drivers will relocate to the Salt Lake City, Utah area to support our new facility. To support this transition, McLane is offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation package for drivers who join our team and relocate to Salt Lake City.

What You'll Do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver
- Train at our Merced, CA Distribution Center before relocating to Salt Lake City
- Help support McLane distribution operations and customers
- Inspect tractor-trailer equipment before and after trips and submit DOT inspection reports
- Verify bills of lading and delivery documentation
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on highways and customer premises
- Maintain driver logs (manual or electronic) in accordance with DOT regulations
- Unload product and deliver safely into customer locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Must meet McLane MVR and risk rating qualifications
- Must be willing to relocate to the Salt Lake City, Utah area after training
- Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficient to safely perform job duties and follow safety protocols
