The City of Litchfield is seeking applicants for the position of a certified Journeyman Lineman, a 3rd year Apprentice Lineman able to be certified within one year, or an Apprentice Lineman.


Performs construction, operation, and maintenance activities of City of Litchfield's 7.2kv electric system to ensure safe and reliable operation of overhead and underground distribution system to include substation and switch houses.  Assists other city departments as directed by the Electric Line Superintendent.  Participates in after hours rotation for outage response.  Class A CDL required and First Aid and CPR certified.  Reside within 20 miles of Litchfield Electric headquarters.
