We are seeking an elite Class A CDL Medium-Duty Wrecker Operator to join a fast-growing, professional towing operation in Philadelphia. This role is for an experienced operator who understands advanced towing and recovery, values safety, and represents the company with professionalism on every call.
This is not entry-level. We are looking for someone who treats towing as a skilled trade, not just a job.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a medium-duty wrecker in compliance with DOT and company standards.
Perform medium-duty towing, recovery, winching, and roadside assistance.
Secure vehicles and equipment using industry-approved methods.
Respond to dispatch calls promptly and professionally.
Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, law enforcement, and property managers.
Complete all digital job records, tow tickets, and required documentation.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional appearance.
Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL (required).
3+ years medium-duty towing or heavy wrecker experience.
Strong knowledge of towing, recovery, load securement, and safety procedures.
Clean or manageable MVR.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
Professional attitude with strong customer-service skills.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
