Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a medium-duty wrecker in compliance with DOT and company standards.
- Perform medium-duty towing, recovery, winching, and roadside assistance.
- Secure vehicles and equipment using industry-approved methods.
- Respond to dispatch calls promptly and professionally.
- Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, law enforcement, and property managers.
- Complete all digital job records, tow tickets, and required documentation.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional appearance.
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL (required).
- 3+ years medium-duty towing or heavy wrecker experience.
- Strong knowledge of towing, recovery, load securement, and safety procedures.
- Clean or manageable MVR.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
- Professional attitude with strong customer-service skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
