The Pay Math

• Weekly Miles: Around 2,500
• Starting Rate: $0.55 per mile
• Rate Increases: +$0.01 per mile per additional year of experience, up to $0.65
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,200 to $1,400
• Stop Pay: $15
• Monthly Bonus: Performance based
• Solo Guarantee: $1,000 per week for 3 months after your first solo dispatch

• Hands On: Ride with an experienced trainer on live freight
• No Waiting: Full pay as soon as you go solo

• Up and down the eastern seaboard
• Loads do not go far west
• Dry van, drop and hook with some live stops
• Home every 2 weeks

• Insurance: Medical, dental and vision begin once you hit 30 days

• Rest: Paid vacation days
• First Paycheck: Includes $300 for orientation, and your trip to orientation is covered
• Ride Along: Pets and passengers are allowed from the start for experienced drivers and after training for new ones

• Class A CDL holders age 21 and up
• Recent CDL school finishers with at least 120 accredited hours
• Experienced drivers with 6 OTR months in the past year or 12 in the past 5 years
• A clean record: 2 moving violations max in 2 years, no major preventable crash in 5
• No DUI/DWI on record for 5 to 10 years
• Must pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug screen
• Must reside within 200 miles of Greer, SC
