Your first night sleeping in a truck feels strange, and so does your first scale and your first log check. You won't do any of them alone, and when you go solo it's $1,200 to $1,800 a week with home time every 2 weeks.

Learning the Job

• Ride with an experienced trainer on real loads
• Paid every week during training
• Full solo pay once you are signed off

• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months solo
• $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross
• Rate goes up 1 cent a mile every year, up to $0.65
• $15 stop pay and a monthly bonus

• Dry van up and down the eastern seaboard
• Loads do not go far west
• 2,000 to 2,500 miles a week
• Home every 2 weeks

• Medical, dental and vision after 30 days
• 401k with company match
• Paid time off
• $300 orientation pay, travel covered
• Rider and pet policy after training

• 21 or older with a Class A CDL
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Valid license and 3 years of work history
• Clean record: 2 moving violations max in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug screening
• Live within 200 miles of Mobile, AL
