Danville drivers: dedicated regional dry van between IL, IA and OH. Preloaded trailers, drop and hook deliveries, and home every week.

The Run

• Familiar lanes, 90% inside IL, IA and OH
• Preloaded loads, drop and hook on delivery
• About 2,200 miles a week
• Home weekly, 34 hour restart

• $1,400 average weekly gross
• $0.60 per mile to start, climbing to $0.70 with experience
• $25 stop pay

• Paid over the road training with a trainer
• Weekly training pay
• Full solo pay after

• Medical, dental and vision kick in at 30 days
• 401k with a company match
• PTO that builds as you work
• $300 orientation pay, and the trip to orientation is covered
• Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
• Orientation held in Columbus, OH
